Mô Tả Công Việc
- Source & qualify new Suppliers including visits in case the current suppliers cannot meet Customers’ demand
- Analyze Customer development inspirations/ sourcing needs in terms of materials/production techniques and design to map the right Suppliers
- Prepare & provide quotations/ cost templates to Buyers on time
- Analyze Customers’ RFQ (Request For Quotation) & obtain accurate quotations from factories.
- Train & support factories to quote
- Analyze cost breakdown (CBD) to negotiate competitive prices with factories
- Negotiate on purchasing terms and cost with vendors/suppliers to meet buyer’s requirement. Persuade vendors both at ownership level & working level.
- Calculate costing (buy rates, sell rates, GP, P&L) & pricing accurately
- Summarize pricing & make proposals
- Manage sampling, color swatch & test process with Factory
- Develop new products & promote to customer to meet sales target
- Monitor production process, on-time delivery and leverage vendor’s performance and product quality
- Conduct market’s trend to survey and develop new products

- Perform other assignments by Line Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree of Merchandising/ Marketing/ Business Management/ Industrial Engineering, Accouting/ Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of costing/merchandiser position
- 2 years of experience in costing position in Home exports to US/EU/JP/Middle East
