The Host is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. The role focuses on greeting guests, assisting with membership inquiries, promoting club events, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Hosts are crucial in fostering guest loyalty by providing personalized service and ensuring guests feel valued.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit.
- Assist guests with inquiries about membership, promotions, and club services.
- Help guests with membership registration and ensure all information is accurately recorded in the system.
- Promote club events, loyalty programs, and special offers to guests, encouraging participation.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate them to the Senior Host or Assistant Host Manager when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of all club promotions, events, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
- Build rapport with guests, particularly frequent visitors, to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
- Ensure the reception and guest service areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist in preparing and distributing promotional materials related to events and club services.
- Support the Senior Host and Assistant Host Manager in organizing and executing special events.
- Keep the membership database updated by registering new members and managing existing records.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, particularly related to guest service and privacy.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a focus on guest relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a customer service team.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean are an asset.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A high school diploma is required; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
