I. General Information• Job title: Sales Executive• Working time: from Monday to Friday, From 8AM to 5PM• Department: Sales• Directly managed by: Japanese Sales Manager.II. Duties & Responsibilities:• In charge of Manufacturing market.• Provide and advice barcode/ RFID printer, barcode/ RFID label, ink ribbon, software and smart factory solutions to streamline factory’s manufacturing operation.• Manage repeat order from existing customers and find new customers by visiting potential accounts.• Frequently visit customers in Binh Duong, Long An, Dong Nai• Write quotation in Salesforce and proceed sales orders.• Forecast monthly and yearly sales from own customers.• Work closely with other departments in the office and factory.

III. Requirement:• Having economic/ business background or related field• Fluent Business English • Working experience: have 2 - 5 years (Experience on Korean/ Chinese/ Taiwanese Market is a plus)• Good communication, careful, meticulous, be proactive and flexible in handling time• Ability to work independently, work with team, hard working with can do attitude• Able to meet with deadline• 23-35 years oldIV.
