TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide first aid to Hotel staff:
• Give staff first aid technique if necessary (rescue)
• Consult Hotel staff’s health if required.
• Examine and treat the common diseases for staff and provide with adequate medicines or prescription
• In more complicated cases that the Doctor cannot treat, send the patient to a hospital. In an emergency case should accompany the patient to the hospital.
• Maintain and update Health care files of all staff
• Visit patient at home or the hospital if required.
• Approve sick leave or verify sick leave days as outside doctors’ advice for staff (issue medical certificate).
• Arrange annual medical check up for local staff and follow up the result.
• Coordinate regularly for paperwork of health insurance. Follow up and issue the health insurance card for staff.
• Estimate and order monthly medicine for staff
• Update medical equipment for the Clinic
• Prepare and submit monthly report to Director of HR: number of staff examined & treated; number of sick leave granted; serious cases; contagious or infectious disease, medicine used…
• Contact directly concerned government medical office as Hanoi Health Dept., Hanoi health insurance, Hanoi Epidemic Center etc... if required.
• In-house checking hygiene in all kitchens, lockers and doing the report
• Process reimbursement from the Insurance Fund such as Accident, Hospitalization and Surgical Operation Insurance...
• Provide training course for local staff which related with personal health, food safety & hygiene etc. Make recommendations relating to Food Hygiene safety
• Initiate measures to be taken for preventing from any epidemic or fighting with it
REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION
• Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by superiors
Miscellaneous

• All ambassadors are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.
• All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
GENERAL DUTIES:
Organize regularly (according to local regulations) the Medical Check-up for all staff
Check and ensure the general hygiene of the staff and their working area
Provide First Aid and treatment to hotel staff
Control and manage Staff Sick leave
Process reimbursement from the Insurance Fund
Interact with local Health Authorities, get updated medical information and inform the Management about any serious contagious or infectious disease/ epidemic.
Health and Safety
• Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified
• Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures
• Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees
• Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.
• Ensure all staff within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong in Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken& written)
