- Develop and implement the hotel's HR system pre- and post-opening.
- Plan recruitment, training, and staffing accordance with hotel standards.
- Develop salary, benefits, policies, and HR procedures.
- Manage labor relations, discipline, and performance appraisal.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and international operational standards.

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of HR experience in the hotel/resort industry.
- Experience in HR setup for a new hotel is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of labor laws, good management and communication skills.
- English skill is required
