- Increase and maintain the value of the asset.
- Manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality.
- Manage performance across all departments’ levels, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure a good environment with guests and employees, in order to make the promise of the brand possible.
- Respond to the innovation and implementation of differentiated services offered by the hotel, aligned with the brand concept, carrying out comparative evaluations, monitoring competitive actions, stimulating an innovative work environment and generating projects that support the competitive capacity of the unit.
- Ensure the quality of the services and the appropriate level of supplies to all areas of the hotel within the approved financial limits.
- Develop and strengthen the creation of networks with other general brand managers around the world, ensuring the exchange of best practices and other actions aimed at maintaining the brand's suppositions.
- Ensure and recommend procedures that guide the activities of the hotel, considering the fundamentals of the brand and the network.
- Represent the company, before the media, public, private and class entities, as well as cultivate and care for the image of the hotel and the brand, with the market, the community, associations and other local representative entities.
- Ensure the alignment of the contracts negotiated with the subcontractors with the quality standards and the profitability objectives established for the hotel, ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation.
- Guarantee the best use of talent and create opportunities for the maximum development of hotel managers.
- Strengthen the commercial spirit in the leadership, through constant challenges and incentives to increase the levels of income and profitability of the business.
- Ensure compliance with established goals, monitor performance indicators and accelerate relevant actions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new projects.
- Reflect the values of Accor in your attitudes.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Empathetic leader, you are keen to build emotional connection with your colleagues, help them develop their strength and provide regular and constructive feedback.
- You understand the meaning and importance of discretion.
- You have 5 years minimum of experience in a Leader role.
- Food & beverage background, previous DOO/HM role needed.
- You are able to illustrate previous successes in a comparable luxury environment.
- You must have a graduate degree in business or equivalent.
- You ensure a good communication and maintain excellent relationship and partnership with all the different hotel stakeholders.
- Good Command of English and Vietnamese.
- Business acumen.
