1. Manage daily operations of the Housekeeping Department

- Ensure all hotel areas (guest rooms, public spaces) are always clean, tidy, and meet high hygiene standards.
- Develop and oversee workflow procedures, assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
2. Supervise and train staff
- Train and coach staff on housekeeping skills and hygiene regulations.
- Evaluate job performance, motivate staff, and address any issues that arise.
- Monitor and order necessary supplies, such as cleaning chemicals, tools, and guest amenities.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
4. Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to room cleanliness and public areas.
- Continuously improve service quality based on guest feedback.
5. Collaborate with other departments
- Work closely with the front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
6. Manage budget and costs
- Track expenses and find ways to optimize the department's operating budget.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel or resort industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's/College degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or related fields.
- Language: Proficiency in English is an advantage.
