- Prior experience with Hyatt is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality industry or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel Housekeeping, including at least two years in a management role, or equivalent experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, motivational, and training capabilities.
- Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Adaptable and responsive to change in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and demonstrates strong initiative.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
