This Florist is responsible to manage and support housekeeping staff, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services.
- Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and meet the resort’s high-quality standards.
- Train, support, and guide housekeeping staff, conducting regular coaching sessions to enhance performance and maintain service excellence.
- Assign and monitor work tasks to housekeeping team members, ensuring efficient completion within set time frames.
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain and monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies, coordinating with suppliers and placing orders as needed.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout housekeeping operations.
- Collaborate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments to report and resolve room status discrepancies or maintenance issues.
- Ensure housekeeping staff adheres to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold quality standards, providing constructive feedback to staff as necessary.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and train team members.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
