• Cleans and maintains daily assigned areas according to set standards and procedures and daily work schedule
• Reports damages and malfunctions to supervisor
• Maintains equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair as per standard
• Stores equipment in appropriate storage areas
• Report unusual behaviors / activities to supervisor
• Maintains detailed knowledge of hotel daily activities in order to assist with guest inquiries
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of the hotel, public areas, rest rooms and surrounds layout in order to assist guests
• Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately
• Complies with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy and adheres conduct, personal grooming and hygiene standards
• Attends meetings and training sessions as required

Required Skills –
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Able to speak, read and write English
Qualifications –
• Primary Education or equivalent
Experience –
• Some housekeeping experience.
