The HR/Admin Executive will help with the JP HR/Admin tasks if necessary. Besides, he/she will work locally for VN hub HR topics. The main tasks are as follows:• Handling candidate sourcing, including job postings, working with recruitment agencies, conducting candidate screening and HR interviews.• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with stakeholders.• Tracking interview status• Monitoring recruitment status of all countries of APAC• Supporting in Employer branding activities• Supporting in onboarding new employee activities if necessary.• Handling some HR admin tasks from time to time• Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects and tasks assigned by the Line Manager and Head of HR APAC

Education:• Bachelor’s degree, prefer in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Technical skills and experience:• 4+ years in HR, with experience in recruitment, HR administration• Familiar with Japanese labor practices (prior experience supporting Japan operations is a plus).• Good at Microsoft OfficeSoft-skills & attitute• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural collaboration.• Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.Language-skills:• Good at both English and Japanese
