Admin Works
1- Taking care on Office look; Cleaning at work place; Pantry ; Office work facilities and related (Printer/ Refrigerator/ Air condition...) , work tools ( Operations working tool in Livestream room)
2- Taking care on other things such as ( Employees birthday/ Blouse washing for Host livestream), water drink for employees
3- Taking care on Monthly payment ( Water/ Electricity/ Wifi/ Service use fee...), Payment for cleaning service
4- Taking responsible to cooperate with other department to buy the necessary working equipment as CEO’s requirements
5- Controlling company’s safety ( Door clock key...)
6- Purchasing the necessary items (Paper use; stationary for monthly )
7- Other tasks as requirements
HR Works
Recruitment
1- Recruiting the positions as required by CEO
2- Sending offer letter and make clear with candidate all compensation package before hiring
3- Welcoming employees and sign the require legal paper for hiring
4- Create Lark account for new employees and instruct the ways how to use
5- Following up probation progress of new employee, and cooperate with CEO and Department’s Leader to proceed probation evaluation
6- Informing to employees about probation result and proceed the related procedures
7- Advise CEO on the effective ways to hire the right candidates for company
Training
1- Giving Orientation Training for new employees on the first day about company’s information, business operations and company’s benefits and development opportunity
2- Cooperating with CEO or Department’s Leaders to executive the internal training for Host Livestream, Video Editing team, KOL operations team
3- Advising to CEO on the better training method to maximize employees’ performance and knowledge
Compensation and Benefit
1- Following up employees performance based KPI that CEO/ Company proposed and set up
2- Evaluating employee’s performance for probation and renewal of labor contract
3- Checking employee’s attendance and advise the suitable discipline action for violation cases
4- Proceeding monthly payroll, ensuring on-time payment and all employees get Payslip
5- Proceeding Social insurance for the employees signing official labor contract
6- Keeping and controlling employees’ personal paper documents
7- Proceeding resignation procedure for resigned employees
8- Working with agent to pay to Social Insurance Department monthly
Business Partner
1- Weekly joining Business operation review and giving own advice if any
2- Closing working with CEO for the objectives to upgrade employee’s to make business performance more efficient ; Identify the potential employee for the future Leaders position and propose suitable training program
3- Controlling cost on Admin
4- Giving the advice to CEO on the company’s structure to ensure its efficiency

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 year experienced in HR and Admin- Good English skill, prefer candidates with Chinese skill
- Preference for candidates with HR experience in e-commerce or the livestreaming industry
- Prefer candidate who used to work with HR Software data analysis
-Working time, Monday to Saturday from 8:30 to 17:30
