- Preparing and Updating HR/Admin related documents and information.
- Answering employees queries about HR-related issues
- Liaising with external partners, such as insurance vendors, lawyer, accountant, and ensure legal compliance
- Other tasks as assigned

- The second or the third-year student at universities in Hanoi
- Good English skills
- Willing to learn, good attitude. Careful and focus on details
- HR experience is preferred but not required, fresher will be trained
- Working hours: Ensure at least 16 hours per week. (Flexible)
