- Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating of human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing on the recruitment process.
- Maintain and process monthly payroll by system, calculation and entry data.
- Be responsible for managing social, health and unemployment insurance; prepare and submit labor and social insurance reports to local authorities.
- Maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering, and measuring learning and development.
- Be responsible for SHUI & PIT (including PIT finalization).
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Overseeing employee time attendance / leave management system.
- Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes for the newly joined and resigned employees.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Implementing all mandatory reports to HQ as required.
- Other tasks will be assigned by the Directors.
- Ensure and provide the best working environment for staff such as managing working facilities (computers, seats, name cards, etc.), office facilities, stationeries, and working with external suppliers providing facility services.
- Manage the internal documents and cooperate with the accounting department (outsourced) for payments such as office payments, etc.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Must have 3- 5 years of experience in a similar position, strong in C&B
- Strong knowledge of HR Process management
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work independently.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Looking for long-term working environment.
- Ability to handle data with high confidentiality is a must.
- Good Microsoft office such as Word, excel, good at internet search skills.
- Good English communication in writing and verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
