Position Overview:
- This is a HR officer role and provides day to day support for recruitment, expatriate services, HR administration and other tasks in Hanoi Family Medical Practice.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment (40%):
- Work closely with hiring manager and HRM to finalize JD and support the entire recruitment process from defining vacancy until the candidate onboard.
- Determine recruiting sources and circulate jobs to different channel.
- Onboarding process: Implement pre-employment activities for local staffs and expat staffs (occasionally).
Expat management (20%)
- To be in charge of obtainment of Work permit, visa, temporary residence card for expat and support in obtainment of medical licenses for expat medical staffs.
HR data management & Employee Relation (20%)
- Maintain & update personnel files (hard & soft copies). Make sure the consistency & accuracy of data to make sure the HR master database reflects the current staff details & conditions.
- Manage & track employee’s contract & other documents in case of expiration, compile labor contract/ annex/ decision.
- Manage electronic & physical archiving systems of all legal & admin documents.
- Manage full-termination process for local & expat staffs.
Others (20%)
- Organize & support for internal engaging activities for employees including but not limited to company trips, outings for special events.
- Support in preparation & handling all types of inspection including but not limited to labor inspection, insurance inspection, medical inspection, environmental inspection, fire-prevention inspection
- Training: Keep track & follow medical staffs’ training activities.
- Other ad hoc tasks.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years work experience in relevant areas of HR
- Holder of Bachelor Degree in related field
Key Capabilities & Skills:
- Sound understanding of current HR legislation in Vietnam;
- High sense of responsibility in confidential matters;
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, both in English and Vietnamese;
- Computer literacy – MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Experience with a Foreign Company is preferred.
