- Manage reception area.
- Welcome guests, receive the phone, receive posts….
- Support to other teams in departments / office in connection with administrative requests.
- Assist supervisor to manage team of cleaners in order to ensure their good working performance and office is always clean, tidy.
- Complete annual payments on time (Car, post, taxi,…)
- Assist supervisor to enhance social & sport activities as well as annual HR & Admin activities such as company trip, year end party, mid-autumn, …
- Purchase and manage daily Office stationeries & equipment.
- Generate and manage contracts with suppliers /customers in relation with administrative activities.
- Manage and control efficiently all admin costs according to approved budget.
- Ensure all admin expenses and activities will comply with the company Policy and Procedure.
- To undertake other tasks as and when assigned by Head of HR & Administration Dept.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Related Degree
- Basic communication in English.
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR & Admin is preferable.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
