1. Human resource
· Recruitment: post job and organize interviews
· Training: organize internal and public training
· HR policy: develop HR policies
· Social Insurance: make the report to government authorities in terms of Labor, Social and health insurance
· Employee relation: organize event to connect employee and develop organizational culture.
2. Administration
· Support to manage all administrative procedures
· Support manage all jobs of ISO, IT, 5S, PCCC, security
· Plan, schedule and organize internal or office events, including meetings, training courses, orientations, company events, ect.

Background: College or higher in fields related to Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Enterprise Law...
Experience:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and Admin
· Have an analytical mindset
· Ability to convey information through writing and solid speech
· Ability to understand human behevior in advance
· Have passion, integrity, positive attitude and ability to self-study
Skill:
· Ability to multitask
· Communication & Negotiation
· Organization/ Planning
· Computer skill as MS Office
· Toeic 550
