Role purpose:
The HR & Administrative Officer is responsible for being a HR admin; providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner at branch office.
Key Accountabilities:
1/ HR Admin:
- Search and recruit suitable candidates according to the Company's needs
- Be responsible for the whole On-boarding process for new hire at HN branch
- Support the payroll administration, reward and benefit programs
- To be the first HR contact at branch to deal with issues related to the Company's policies and HR
- Propose initiatives and engage in all activities of the Company and HR&ADM as well
- Support establishing organizational culture, set out internal regulations
2/ Administration:
- Perform receptionist function, manage phone calls and correspondence
- Manage log-book procedure including numbering and stamping all documents
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to Company policies
- Support to maintain the filing system to ensure the sufficiency, accuracy and accessibility
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/meetings/conferences etc
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies, control consumption and place orders when necessary
- Manage the taxi cards delivery and monitor the usage to ensure policy compliance;
- Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment;
- Submit timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned;
- Perform other related duties as required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: At least College graduate, prefer Secretarial certificate
- Experience: Minimum 2 year working in HR and/ or Administration; knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping; knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
- Skills:
- Fluent English & Vietnamese
- MS Office
- Communication skills - written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service orientation
