I. Human Resources• Recruitment Management: Liaise with recruitment departments to clarify recruitment needs, expand and maintain recruitment channels; post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, send job offers, and coordinate the entire new employee onboarding process.• Employee Relations: Handle onboarding, probationary periods, transfers, and terminations; monitor employee performance during probation.• Records Management: Maintain employee personnel information, store and update employee records.II. Administrative Tasks• Administrative work: Answering phone calls, receiving and forwarding information. Welcoming visitors to the company and receiving/sending mail and packages. Arranging meeting rooms.• Timekeeping: Managing timekeeping, tracking leave.• Asset Management: Supervising the procurement, storage, requesting, and daily tracking of office supplies, equipment, computers, and other materials; coordinating with the IT department or network provider to resolve computer and network issues.• Expense Control: Monitoring and paying daily expenses such as office rent, utilities, maintenance fees, and vehicle rental fees.• Travel Services: Providing business trip support to employees, including booking flights, hotel reservations, and processing visas.• Event Support: Supervising the procurement and distribution of holiday benefits; assisting in planning company trips, team-building activities, and various internal events.• System Development: Participate in developing the company's administrative management systems as required by headquarters and promote their implementation.
