Mô Tả Công Việc
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Prepare labor contracts, update regular contracts for all employees.
- Administer HR policies and procedures (social insurance, benefits, assessments, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Communicate with staff regarding performance-related issues.
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
- General office management such as ordering office supplies, office stationery etc.
- Arranging both internal and external events.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in HR segment.
- Expertise in HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Detail oriented and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
