HR Assistant

The HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training administration, and compensation & benefits (C&B). This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for HR.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.- Assist in organizing and administering training programs.- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.- Stay updated on HR best practices and labor laws to ensure compliance.
