- Direct management of recruitment activities
- Evaluate, plan, and forecast recruitment needs of each department, plan, organize organizational structure, propose transfers, transfer employees to appropriate positions & implement plans monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Advising and assisting department heads in resolving labor relations with employees
- Monitor the utilization of human resources and plan and develop human resources. Advising the Head of Department in the coordination of human resources.
- Perform other duties as required by the HR Manager.
- Carry out preparation work and participate in audits during customer audits.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree or higher, specializing in human resources management, law, business administration, etc.
- English: Listening, speaking, reading, writing.
- At least 03 years' experience in a similar position
- Candidates with experience working in adidas, Nike, or other manufacturing companies will be given priority.
- Have experience in conducting audits and preparing documentation for client audits.
- Interview skills, coaching skills, presentation skills
