•Report to the Management and provide HR decision support.
•Assist the Management in the recruitment and selection process.
•Nurture a positive working environment for our 80 team members.
•In charge of the pay plan and benefits program.
•Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs.
•Ensure legal compliance throughout the human resource management.
•Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
•Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
•Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

•5 year working experience in a HR
•People oriented and results driven
•Knowledge of HR systems, databases and human resources metrics.
•Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
•Fluent English skills verbal and written
•Competence to build interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
•In-depth knowledge of labor law, PIT and HR best practices
•BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
