- General management of all work related to the HR department
- In charge of implementation: Timekeeping, salary calculation, welfare regime, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and personal income tax
- Monitoring deadlines, drafting and signing Labor contract
- Working with state agencies: Insurance, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Immigration Department.
- Receive and transmit information on administrative documents, keep and arrange personnel records, and documents
- Complete the necessary documents and documents from HCM/HN office
- In charge of recruiting all positions from the assigned units
- Manage, store and update employee information records.
- Other tasks assigned by BOM
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree with Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or relevant field
- At least 3-5 years HR full function experiences
- Good in communication, problem solving and negotiation
- Have good office computer skills
- Good command of English
- Able to work independently or in group under high pressure
