• Key responsibilities: 1. Recruitmento Process the recruitment notices; carry out interviews; ensure to recruit right people for right position with approved quantity and qualityo Liaison with outside manpower outsources suppliers if necessaryo Co-work with all Departments on HC plan needso Implement onboarding process2. Compensation & benefitso Process the payroll, complete salary payment process with precise figure and pay slip deliveryo Process the monthly and yearly PIT declaration and finalization with authority and other PIT related matterso Process the Social insurance monthly and periodical reportso Implement periodical survey on salary and benefit to compare and improve in-house scheme if any3. Law compliance, in-house regulation complianceo Study the related law and legal regulations which applicable to the company and ensure company’s law complianceo Co-work with internal Department and contact with authority if anyo Daily and periodically monitor the in-house rules and regulation compliance of all employees and take necessary action in case of violation4. Performance assessmento Initiate the assessment format, criteria for assessment purposeo Support superior in process of periodical job performance / job competency assessment as per company’s policy5. Otherso Assist to prepare company’s policies, work rules, announcement, memo and other in-house rules and communicate all the above effectively, promptly to all employeeso Others as per instruction from Superior

• Requirements: 1. Age from 28 to 35 years old2. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Economics / Accounting or equivalent major3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in job responsibilities and 2 years’ experience in Executive position4. Deep knowledge in: labor law and related legal regulation, tax regulation, other related regulation5. Competent computer skill (excel, words, PowerPoint)6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills7. Excellent organizational and time management abilities8. Positive and initiative in job implementation9. Familiarize with ISO 14001 and 9001 standard and procedures10. Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
