• Partner with department managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements, and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.
• Conduct research to map our markets and generate candidate names and target profiles.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of candidates for future job openings, utilizing various recruiting tools and techniques.
• Act as the main contact between candidates and the company and ensure the company's professionalism during all stages of recruitment, including invitation, interview, and post-interview.
• Continually contribute to the knowledge base of people operations by providing up-to-date practices collected through stages of recruitment
• Support for employees onboard/offboard
• And other duties as determined by the line manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field
• Over 2 years of experience in recruiting, IT experience is aplus Strong understanding of recruiting tools and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with managers and candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
