HR & GA Manager

- Education degree: College or University degree in: economic, commercial, administration, social field is preferrable- Same position in other same size manufacturing or consuming company (200 - 300 HCs)- HR/HRM job experience: at least 10 years - HR job experience in the consumer/manufacturing industry: at least 3 years is preferrable - People and department/team management job experience: 3-5 years - Knowledge of labour code, social security, personal income tax, HSE- Knowledge of human resources management- Technical skills: understanding of HR processes, HR system, HR procedure and Vietnam labour code and other relevant laws and regulations- Understanding of payroll management, Social security, personal income tax- Strong leadership and people management capabilities- Excellent problem-solving and coaching skills- High level of integrity and confidentiality- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
