C&B - 50% Payroll
- Perform and check the daily attendance and monthly salary and bonus
- Check and verify welfare documents submitted by Company employees for monthly payment.
- Check, verify and prepare monthly reports on Company employees’ annual leave and overtime
Insurance
- Report monthly data and Insurance contributions to the local Social Insurance Department.
- Update, adjust and register employee’s personal insurance information with the local Insurance Department monthly.
- Finalize the Insurance Fund with the Financial & Accounting Department
- Verify medical records and claim insurance allowances and accident/ disease compensation benefits to relevant employees.
- Implement procedures for issuing Health Insurance cards, Social Insurance books and posting the monthly/ annual payment process for employees.
- Verify and manage information and data related to Insurance, Retirement, Accident Compensation, disease.
- Make periodic reports related to Social Insurance as required by the Government.
Training, Employees Relation,… - 50%
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Enhance job satisfaction by assist in resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Job Requirements :
- University degree or higher in Accounting, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years related experience in compensation and benefits administration in multi-national companies.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and applicable legal knowledge
- Ability to work at all levels of the organization
- Ability to build effective business relationships
- Strong organizational skills of day-to-day tasks
- Results oriented
- Demonstrated experience of balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
