We are in search of a HR Generalist who will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. This position will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice. The successful candidate will play a important role in the success of the organization by offering support in recruitment, employee cycle management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and management.1. Compensation & BenefitsManage, instruct employee for time attendance record, leaves, company benefits & policies, allowances, etc.,Responsible for making, checking the accuracy and transparent of monthly payroll.Handle Social Insurance claim, monthly Personal Income Tax (PIT), yearly PIT finalization for local employees and Expats.Draft, re-new, suspense, terminate labor contracts for Vietnamese and Expats following local Law, regulation and company internal procedures.Update / notify / instruct new/ updated changes on Company policies, Local Law & Regulations to employees.Prepare and revise of internal policies and processes in cooperation with global/ regional HR and ensure they are in compliance with Local Law.2. Recruitment Offer proactive recruiting assistance in preparing job posting, choosing suitable sourcing model, screening, shortlisting and assisting hiring manager in the interview process and arrangement.Follow-up with post-selection process for HR-related tasks.3. Global mobilityHandle inbound, outbound business, work visa for employees according to regional manpower mobility plan.Manage in timely manner for work permits, temporary residence card of Expats.4. Organization & DevelopmentSupport in building a performing HR organization in a growing company at multiple locations.Act as a contact person and advisor to employees/ managers for HR related topics.Implement and develop structures, processes and instruments.Conduct employee onboarding and support to organize training & development initiatives.5. Other TasksResponsible for employee’s data collection, filling.Perform tasks related to vendors in accordance with the HR Contracts.Responsible for Annual Health Insurance and Annual Health checkup.Support in organize and initiate employee engagement activities.Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Other HR tasks assigned by line manager, supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor or above degree with Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or relevant field.- 5 years HR full function experience.- Expert in Vietnam Labor Code, Personal Income Tax and Insurance.- Good English knowledge equal to IELTS 6.5.- Experience working in Multinational corporation company is plus.- Experience with SAP system and good working knowledge of excel will be an added advantage.- Capacity in communicating and cooperating with other people on different organizational levels and be able to interact with different corporate and international cultures.- Solid personality with integrity and work ethic.- Structured, organized with good planning abilities.- High sense of responsibility, independence, creativity and teamwork.- Proactive, professional and gentle demeanor.
