HR L&D And Payroll Officer

1. Payroll job• Maintain employee records (attendance, annual leave, overtime, labor contract, employee data).• Manage insurances of company by registering new employee with Social Insurance Agent, declaring compulsory insurances, claiming benefits for employee from Social Insurance Agent.• Manage salary of employee and expatriate.• Prepare PIT return, PIT finalization for employees.• Respond to employee questions regarding paychecks, deductions, and payroll-related issues.2. Learning & Development• Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.• Facilitating training sessions, workshops for employees.• Setup IDP and CDP for employees, manage talent employee.• Managing the onboarding program.• Managing the LMS platform, uploading content, and tracking employee progress.• Manage performance management system for employees’ evaluation.
