Checking attendance record and doing the monthly payroll.Sending approved monthly payroll & concerned documents to Mother Company (hard & soft file).Tracking and sending monthly Social Insurance report to Mother Company.Collecting social documents and send file (hard & soft copy) to Mother Company for employee’s social refund.Finalizing data for Personal Income Tax Finalization.Checking required personal documents for HR record.Tracking and issuing Probation /Labor contract/ Termination Decision, etc.Sending PV and Headcount reports weekly/monthly.Controlling and filling employee’s data and update if any changes including social insurance book & Personal Income Tax code. Contact to bank for employee’s new bank account or other issue such as: ATM, password ATM, etc. Managing Annual leave balance of employees. Being in charge of the Orientation training for new employees. Managing HR’s forms and update if necessary. Inputting monthly employee’s productivity. Taking expatriates to hospital for health checking and criminal record application if required. Managing and update company expatriate’s documents such as: work permit, visa, etc to Mother Company in Binh Duong. Preparing reports accordant to requirement and Union’s. Solving employee’s grievant /dispute if any. Checking and controlling employee’s implementation in company’s regulation. Making record and disciplined for any case breaking the company’s rules.
