•Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
•Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
•Maintains employee benefits programs, including monthly payroll calculation and educational benefit programs.
•Conduct job evaluations, training and orientation.
•Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
•Develop, update employee handbook and make sure company’s policies well fit the labor law and company culture.
•Responsible for recruitment process to ensure the qualified human resource for the company
•Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
•Monitor sickness absense, maternity and paternity leave cases.
•Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
•Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
•Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts.
•Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service.
•Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date, create new Job Descriptions when necessary.

•Ability to recognize the value and responsibility of working in a team, actively supports and develops team members, quick to identify and problem solve any issues.
•Able to work to deadlines and adapt to changing conditions ability to generate effective and pragmatic solutions to new situations and problems as they are presented.
•Strong knowledge of employment laws.
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Human Resourses management, marketing, public relations or a related field
•3+ year professional experience in design/art direction.
•Proficiency in Mac OSX, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
•Knowledge of Quark XPress, MS Word, Drupal, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr.
•Highly organized with experience in highly collaborative, deadline-based environment.
•Awareness of current events, popular culture and politics.
