HR Team Management:• Lead a large-scale HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across various functions.• Oversee core HR functions such as Compensation & Benefits, Administration, Recruitment, and regional HR teams, ensuring alignment with company goalsRecruitment and Selection• Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, from job postings to candidate assessments and hiring decisions.• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hiresAdministrative & Asset Management• Manage office budgets, expenses, and maintain accurate financial records to ensure fiscal responsibility.• Coordinate for travel, meetings, and events to facilitate business operations.• Oversee the management and maintenance of company assets, including equipment, supplies, facilities, and warehouses.• Implement robust processes for asset tracking, maintenance, and inventory control to optimize resource use.HR System Implementation:• Lead the transition from Excel-based HR management to a comprehensive HR system (e.g., G-HR).• Implement and manage HR information systems to enhance data accuracy and integrity, contributing to better decision-making and HR practicesEmployee Relations• Facilitate effective communication of company policies, announcements, and management decisions to employees.• Provide interpretation and guidance on HR policies and employment law to ensure compliance and understanding.• Support employees with HR-related inquiries and ensure they understand the company's policies, procedures, and benefits.Collaboration:• Work closely with the Korean HR manager and other members of the business management team to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in human resource management, with at least 5 years in HR Manager position.• Experience in the retail industry is a significant advantage.• Foreign language: Korean is must and English is a plus• Deep understanding of labor laws and related regulations.• Skills in data orientation, analysis and reporting• Ability to work under high pressure.• Experience in building and maintaining company culture.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing retail environment.BENEFITS:• Bonus based on the business result & personal achievement.• 3 basic insurance, travel & meal allowance, team building.• 13 month salary & 12 days annual leave per year.• Annual health check & annual salary increase.• Discount on all Lock&Lock products.• Working time from Monday to Friday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM.
