- Recruit personnel, participate in interviews, provide training employees in the departments.
- Monitor HR department's workflow every day.
- Perform evaluation, disciplinary action and/or resignation to employees as prescribed by the company regulation.
- Implement human resource development strategies, find and retain talents for the company in different times.
- Coordinate with other departments to do well in recruiting and managing human resources in the business.
- Conduct survey salary and wage in the labor market to compare and know of the level of competition.
- Arrange learning programs specified for employees when/where necessary.
- Coordinate with the finance department to perform timekeeping, payroll and handle related issues such as: insurance, income tax.
- Manage employee profiles across the company.
- Provide orientation and training of human resources timely.
- Manage and organize events for employees in the company.
- Build a healthy working environment and positive corporate culture.
- Answer questions about procedures and policies for employees.
- Monitor and communicate to employees in accordance with labor law.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Female by 28 to 38 of age.
- University graduated in Human Resource Management, Administration, Law or related fields.
- Have professional knowledge and practice in labor law, HR systems and databases.
- Experience with human resource management indicators.
- Good planning and leadership ability.
- Proficiency in English: listening, speaking, reading, writing.
- Agile, skillful an be able to present and communicate with departments.
- Have a spirit of cooperation, support, carefulness, good vision, independent work, decisiveness.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative - personnel work.
