Head of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing the HR plan and operations to attract, retain, and engage a high-caliber workforce aligned with the company’s mission. Reporting directly to Chairman of Moneyveo, this role includes comprehensive oversight of talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR compliance, and the overall administration of the HR-Admin Department.A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. HR Strategies and Policy Development• Design HR strategies that support the vision, mission, and values of Moneyveo Vietnam.• Act as a role model, embodying the company’s values and promoting a positive work culture.• Implement HR policies and procedures to build a sustainable, productive, and engaged workforce.• Develop region-specific HR policies and practices that align with the company’s objectives.• Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively communicate HR objectives and strategies.• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital2. Talent Acquisition and Staffing• Establish effective recruitment channels to secure top talent that supports the company’s strategic vision.• Develop transparent compensation and benefits plans that drive retention and engagement.• Manage the company’s staffing plan and personnel costs in line with growth and development goals.• Lead job analysis projects, working with stakeholders to refine job descriptions and optimize the organizational structure.3. Compensation and Benefits• Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and regulations.• Formulate and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies.• Recommend adjustments to existing practices based on market trends and internal equity.• Conduct market benchmarking surveys to ensure competitive compensation policies across the organization.• Conduct performance and salary reviews.4. HR Compliance and Legal Relations• Ensure that HR policies and practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.• Build relationships with local legal authorities (e.g., Immigration and Labour Departments) to stay informed on relevant laws and maintain compliance.• Engage with external partners, such as government bodies, HR services, and recruitment agencies.• Address and resolve HR legal matters as they arise and advise C-level executives on HR compliance.5. Learning, Development, and Performance Management• Supervise the HR team in assessing learning needs through appraisals and team leader feedback.• Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) activities that align with the company’s staff development strategy.• Oversee new staff orientation and ensure the effectiveness of ongoing learning programs.• Support Managers and facilitate the annual appraisal process, providing guidance for improvement and skill development.• Coordinate training sessions to enhance management skills and strengthen leadership capabilities.6. HR Department Management• Supervise HR Specialist & Office Administrator, overseeing day-to-day HR & Administration operations.• Review and refine HR & Administration workflows to enhance departmental efficiency.• Develop and manage employee data to reduce manual processes and improve data security.• Promote a culture of transparency and open communication within the HR department.7. Staff Relations and Support• Address employee inquiries on matters such as contract terms, career development, and other HR-related concerns.• Identify and address common issues to improve HR practices and enhance employee satisfaction.This role is integral to building a cohesive, motivated, and high-performing team, contributing to Moneyveo Vietnam’s mission to lead the market with accessible and innovative financial solutions. Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or a relevant discipline, or other equivalent work experience.• Extensive verbal and written communication skill in both English and Vietnamese, Russian is preferable.• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar position.• Wide knowledge of Government’s procedures, policies of compliance.• Highly developed interpersonal skills, including conflict management, liaison, and negotiation.• Mastering and strong knowledge in labor laws, legal application, and common practices in human resources management.• Expert in planning, budgeting and cost controlling.• Have experience with 1C.• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office & cloud-based applications and experience in using database systems.
