- Support to set up and improve on HR policies and procedures including recruitment, compensation, performance appraisal, training and development and communication to achieve overall Company’s objectives.
- Ensure consistencies of HR practices are in place.
- Co-ordinate closely with other department in the recruitment and selection process such as conduct interviews for all positions, carry out the assessment, reference check & background check for all successful applicants.
- Evaluate and select most effective mean of recruitments.
- Conduct Orientation/On-boarding programs for new hires.
- Maintain update information in human resources database
- To do the payroll, social health and unemployment insurance, other compensation and benefits, severance and allowance timely
- Provide suggestion for all staff complaint, labour disputes and job-related problem
- Build up the good relationship with staff and facilitate communication between management team and staff
- Maintain a good relationship with Government organization for the effective works
- Take care of legal works
- Perform other duties assigned by CEO from time to time
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduated or equivalent
- At least 3 years of management position
- Related work experience in F&B or alcohol distribution is a bonus
- Proficient in English & Vietnamese
- Well organized, accurate and attentive to detail
- Strong influencing ability and executive presence
- Excellent communications skills and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and growing company
