1. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field2. Experience: - At least 5 years of management-relevant experience in either in-house or in a staffing agencyenvironment.- A sourcing master in your ability to identify where the talent lives.- Resilience and a result-oriented mindset- Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions- Preferably In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.3 Skill:- Good negotiation, communication skills in English or Chinese- Coach and support junior recruiters through on-the-job guidance and sharing of best practices.- Track and report recruitment metrics to help the team stay on track and continuously improve
