* PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB- Training Specialist is responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. - He/ she creates teaching plans, contribute to develop instructional materials, and ensure employees’ growth aligns with company goals. - He/ she has expertise in instructional design, learning principles, and talent management.* Key responsibilities:* Activities: - Identifying Training Needs:+ In corporation with department managers, evaluate strengths and weaknesses of employees to determine training requirements.+ Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.- Designing Training Programs:+ Develop curriculum and instructional materials tailored to the organization’s needs.+ Create engaging and effective training sessions, including e-learning courses, workshops, and onboarding programs.- Conducting Training Sessions:+ Deliver training programs to employees at all levels.+ Use various training methods and technologies to facilitate learning.- Evaluating Training Effectiveness:+ Assess the impact of training programs through feedback and performance monitoring.+ Make necessary adjustments to improve training strategies and outcomes.- Continuous Learning and Development: + Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in employee development.+ Commit to ongoing education and professional development to enhance training methods.- Internal training group leading: Form and lead the internal training group.- Other tasks: As required by manager

* REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS* Education:- Bachelor degree in related field (human resource, education, business, communication,…)- Proficiency in MS Office and content management system or e-learning software- Competent English communication * Experience:- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles- Experience in conducting cost-benefit analysis* KEY COMPETENCIES* Key competencies - Planning and organizing: Plans and organizes his/ her own work effectively, independently and on his/ her own initiative, partly in consultation with other people.- Customer orientation: Actively thinks a long with customers and comes up with suitable proposals of his/ her own accord- Creativity: Comes up with new ideas or a combination of existing work methods/ solutions of his/her own accord.- Communication (oral and written):+ Adapts his/ her language and clarifications to other people of his/ her own accord and supports messages with attitude and signs.+ Independently writes texts that are brief, to the point and tuned to his/ her readers.- Teamwork: Work towards collective results with other people of his/ her own accord.- Quality orientation: Makes proposals and takes actions to increase the quality of products and services of his/ her own accord.
