1. Recruitment:
To drive and handle the recruitment process for assigned recruitment projects including discussing staff needs with the managers, developing job descriptions, screening applications, conducting interviews and negotiating contracts.
To assist to update staffing plan.
To make monthly recruitment report.
To search for recruiting channel.
To make interview below Engineer level.
To keep file for interviewed candidates’ CV.
To draft and update Job Description.
To update Organization Chart continuously.
2. To assist HR Manager in assigned HR projects, including policies/regulations draft and update.
3. To coach probation period review.
4. Permanent employee’s contract management: signing, renewal, notarization and updating the contract status monthly.
5. To coach position change management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. College degree or above, major in HR, Administration Management, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years solid experience in HR function in multinational company, independent staffing experience is desired.
3. Good command of oral and written English and PC Operation.
4. Excellent knowledge of recruitment channels and selection techniques.
5. Customer oriented, team spirit and excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. To be able to work independently and under pressure.
7. Familiar with labor law and relevant SIP regulations.
8. Self starter, active and energetic personality.
