Mô Tả Công Việc
+ Preparing monthly PIT reports, quarterly reports on the use of a certificate of PIT withholding, and annual PIT finalization;
+ Registering and updating tax code and dependents for employees;
+ Implementing policies related to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees;
+ Controlling employees’ working time attendance, calculating salary & payroll, bonuses for employees; proposing payment of wages, bonuses, advances, and allowances to employees;
+ Issuing, monitoring and extending labour contracts, issuing appendix of labour contracts; ensuring proper & prompt issue of the labour contract, the labour contract annexe;
+ Drafting and issuing decisions and notices of HR and the company;
+ Consulting/explaining employees' questions related to salary, insurance, PIT;
+ Preparing regular and irregular HR reports;
+ Updating and managing employee records;
+ Market research and policy advice on salaries, bonuses and benefits;
+ Perform other tasks as required by superiors
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
+ Graduated from the University, majored in Law / Human Resource Management / Economics and related fields;
+ At least 03 years of experience in C&B. Expertise in the laws of labour, social insurance and PIT,
+ Proficient use of office IT tools;
+ Willingness to learn, and improve, teamwork and independence skills;
+ Good ability in communication, negotiation, synthesizing, analysis, and agility;
+ Intermediate writing skills in Vietnamese & English
+ Working time: From Monday - Friday
