Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operation of Department (Functional Work):
* Behavioral competency framework:
- Review behavioral competency framework for performance appraisal
- Coordinate with training team for training solution activities based on behavioral competency assessment result
* Performance Management:
- Manage Performance Appraisal automation system, support system end-users; propose system improvements and work with IT/vendor to deploy improvement items.
- Support to develop plan and implement comprehensive performance management and enforce the performance cycle.
- Coordinate with departments to develop KPI Masterfile for MBO Setup at the beginning of annual cycle which ensures cascading down from company to division, section and individual respectively.
- Resolve queries from employees and managers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
* 360 Degree Feedback: Involved in planning and implementing 360 Degree Feedback Survey (Define scope, develop questions bank, survey deployment)
2. Procurement: Participate into the procurement process as per the procedure
3. Reporting: Provide data for reports and support performance appraisal result calibration activities at Departmental and Company level; Support in delivering analyses of HR data and identifying trends to contribute to the creation of HR insights
4. Budgeting: Provide data for budgeting for performance management activities
5. Policy and procedure: Develop and review policies/procedures and interprets and applies policy for Performance management activities to achieve specified outputs, or advise departments on application of policy, then monitor implementation of those procedures within the organization
6. Project Management: Support HR projects e.g: Mentorship Programs
7. Other tasks assigned by Managers and other superiors
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Educational Level : University or above
- Specialty/Qualification : A bachelor’s degree in HR Management and other related fields
- Work Experience : 1-3 years experience in HR or relevant field (Preferably experience in manufacturing industry in international organization)
- Skills :
+ Performance Management Competency assurance system Development of behavioral and technical competency framework
+ Excellent English skills Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
