- Take responsible for whole hiring process, ensure no shortage of manpower by recruiting employees on time
- Maximize recruiting channels with most efficient tools/sources
- Conduct exit interviews and propose solutions to reduce the resignation rate
- Implementing internal/ annual training program: Orientation/ short skill
- Responsibility for company award monthly: Checking, summarize, payment processing, certificating
- In charge of ISO in HR department (Quality and Environment)
- Coordinate relevant departments to manage dormitory
- Making the report related: time attendance/ recruitment
- Other tasks as requested by superiors
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from College or higher at Business adminitration, Law, HR field or any related
- Priority is given to candidates who live in near by company
- Over 1 year experience in the same position
- Can use English (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking)
- Good at Microsoft Office (Canva/Word/ Excel/Powepoint/Outlook)
