- Provide office support to HR Manager and the entire human resources department by helping with tasks like storing staff files, writing letters, and conducting other administrative responsibilities.
- Maintain the confidentiality of employee information by using a relevant HR software.
- Cater to employee requests regarding benefits, salaries, payroll preparation, and payroll practices.
- Assist in submit job vacancies and publish job openings, gather information on new applicants, and inform employees of their employment status.
- Work with HR manager to select applicants who meet the specified job requirements.
- Other tasks will be discussed during the interview
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fluent in English
- Equivalent experience at 4-5 star hotels/resorts
- Good communication skills, writing skill, interpersonal skills and ethical mindset
- Adapt to problem solving and conflict resolution
