* Talent Acquisition:
- Consult with organization leaders to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant positions.
- Responsible for job posting on job board platforms.
- Host and participate in job fairs to connect with potential candidates.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites; providing organization information opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
- Collect and analyze data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries and ensures compliance with applicable.
- Analyze candidates through phone screenings, verify experience and credentials, and forward qualified applications to the hiring manager.
- Schedules applicant interviews as directed by the hiring manager.
- Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process.
- Follows up with hiring managers after the interview to determine whether a placement can be made, collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
* Expat Assistant:
- Support expat (level director) with issues related to work and residence: visa, passports, work permits, resident card, moving, housing, ...
- Handle procedures related to car, rented houses for expats.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
- > 5 years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing field.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Strong influencing skills, ability to form relationships at all levels in the organization.
- Great personality with high integrity and work ethics.
- Good communication in English.
- Proficient with MS Office.
