• Independently lead key HR functions for one manufacturing factory of around 100 HCs
• Be in charge Talent Acquisition
• Manage the process of probation and acceptance of new employees
• Do HR reports and declaration... as the request of superiors, companies and authorities
• Do timekeeping & payroll for insource & outsource manpower
• Implementation of regimes related to subsidies from social insurance and health insurance
• Do general Admin task;
• Perform the tasks be required by HR Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in related filed as in HR, Business Administration, Law, …
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR position
• Working independently
• Possess comprehensive knowledge in Vietnamese Labor laws and human resource practices.
• Good English communication
• Supervision skills
