1. Performance Management & Training (60%)• Process and administer all internal training programs according to the company’s regulations.• Assess training needs and develop and deliver training programs for various levels of individuals.• Design and prepare all training materials for training courses, including slides, videos, records, and other relevant materials.• Track and maintain training records (schedules, attendance, feedback), and reports• Build a yearly training plan, training result analysis, and training data management.2. Employee Engagement (20%)• Coordinate employee engagement activities, staff events, and internal communication campaigns• Assist in rolling out surveys and analyzing results (e.g., engagement, culture pulse)• Support team recognition, wellbeing, and corporate culture-building initiatives3. HR Administration (10%)• Assist in maintaining employee records and filing systems• Support new hire documentation and training compliance tracking• Help with internal reports and HR documentation when needed• Assist with audits and compliance reporting.4. Others (10%)• Provide general support for HR projects and programs• Handle ad-hoc tasks and support cross-functional HR initiatives as assigned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Good Communication in English- At least 2- 5 years of HR experience (Training), especially in hospitality, retail, and shopping mall FDI businesses)- Strong organizational and coordination skills- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
