- HR:
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the human resources function within our organization. This operational role requires a good understanding of HR processes and procedures to ensure the seamless functioning of various HR activities. You will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR-related tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to address employee concerns, promote a positive work culture, and uphold HR policies and regulations.
- Training:
The position will be responsible for developing, coordinating/ delivering, and evaluating training programs for the organization. This role requires a deep knowledge of the organization's mission, goals, and objectives and will collaborate with a variety of departments to ensure proper training is provided. The position holder should be experienced in developing and implementing effective training programs, provide support and guidance to the team, and work effectively with others. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, with a passion for learning and development, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Requirements:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Relevant degree/ certificate
- (Basic) knowledge of HR processes and employment laws.
- Experience in respective role in service industry sector prefered
- Good communication English
