• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources and administration functions of our plant; 70% on HR and 30% on Admin.• Provide hands-on involvement in daily human resources operation including but not limit to policies formulation and execution, manpower planning, staff recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and expatriates’ work permit applications;• Work proactively and closely with senior management to support daily operation and business development;• Lead the team to deliver human resources and administration functions in an efficient and orderly manner;• Prepare staff cost budget & forecast and analytical reports to management;• Handle ad hoc projects as required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;• At latest 5 years’ experience in human resources and administration function with minimum 3 years at supervisory level. Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferable;• Well versed with labor ordinance and tax law in Vietnam;• A self-motivator, executor and team player. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Able to build up close working relationships with all levels of staff;• Independent, strong analytical ability, well-organized and sensitive to figures;• Good command of English and good spoken Chinese.
