HRGA Manager functions (Management about: Legal, HR, General Affairs and IT)
1. Human Resources
- Create and implement the Company's Human resources assessment system.
- Planning and controlling the human resources budget.
- Ensure the departmental personnel's stability.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of human resources.
- Create and propose remuneration policies; HRGA processes, rules, and regulations; Deploy and guide departments in their implementation.
- Overseeing periodic human resource evaluations in accordance with evaluation regulations.
- Salary, bonus, regime, and policy management (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, health insurance ....).
- Managing internal communication and creating a corporate culture.
- Dealing with labor relations issues.
2. Administration
- Manage administrative, clerical, and archival tasks.
- Create processes, regulations, and management systems for stationery, equipment, and tools...
- Management of security and order, property protection, and workplace sanitation.
3. IT
- Monitor IT systems.
4. Legal
- Participate in assessing the legality of documents issued by the Board of Directors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduate or higher with a major in Human Resource Management, Law, or other related field.
- Understanding and mastering the Labor Code, the state's labor and salary regulations.
- At least 5 years of experience as Head of Human Resources Administration, Head of Human Resources Department, or an equivalent position.
- Professional knowledge of human resources and administrative activities in the company.
- Communication skills; ability to analyze and manage situations.
- Capable of managing labor relations and communication.
- Able to work under pressure and with high intensity.
- Excellent command of the English language.
