- Responsibility in HR process such as recruitment, training, issue labour contract, control social insurance, employee data, health check… ;
- Following HR rule base on labour law and company regulations;
- Manage the supplier such as security, rental car, cleaning service…;
- Making the documents for immigrant workers such as Visa, workpermit, residence card, rental apartment, booking hotel…
- Holding the company event such as year end party, company trip…;
- Other tasks assigned by management of Dept.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated in University/ College;
- Have experience in HR&GA skills more than 2 years;
- Have experience in supporting for Japanese Management/ Japanese Supporter;
- Knowledge of Japanese manufacturing company is an advantage.
- Be able to communicate in English or Japanese;
- Strong skill of Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Be able to understand about labour rules and regulations;
- Have good skills in communication, negotiation, problem solving and hard working.

Quyền Lợi
- Salary will be negotiable.
- Bonus: 2 times (Bonus based on of positive profit from company business performance of previous year in Aug and additional 13th month bonus at before Tet.
- Salary increase: One times per year.
- Social welfare: Employee will be entitled regulations in compliance with Labor Code of Vietnam such as Social & Medical Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Periodical health check
- Means of Transportation: Company bus for Ha Noi - Vinh Phuc - Ha Noi route.
